Preston West is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach who’s track record spans across all competitive levels, including trainees from 5th graders to NFL D-liners. Building performance starts from the ground up, and Preston takes all bodies, strengths, and skills into account when it comes to performance training. Good athletic abilities begin with proper form and technique—a focus we implement for all ages. Adults use machines and free-standing weights while youth train with kettlebells. Training is facilitated alongside a virtual program to help athletes improve their lifting abilities and reach their training goals.
